Thoughtful Thursday

I'm sorry. I can't think about anything but Mesina, and I hope to hear from her in an hour or so.

-Basics.

-20 Minute sweep through.

-One obvious thing you're dreading.

-One less obvious thing you're dreading.

-Pray for Mesina's and my baby. I'm trembling. No puedo limpiar ahora.

  2. I do have wonderful news!

This morning that wonderful little invention of a scan showed a very healthy little baby, with a very healthy strong little heartbeat and no signs of worry inside the womb at all! At the moment they don't know what's caused the bleeding, apart from they want me to keep a close eye on it and see it settle down. There are suspicions that it might be my cervix, which has caused problems for me in the past. The pregnancy hormones perhaps have softened or aggrivated it. I'm getting that checked out.

But our baby Chey is doing great and really healthy!!!!!!!!!!! You can't imagine our relief, you just can't. xxx

  4. Of course it was about you. I didn't sleep at all and I am bursting into tears. I am so attached to this baby, and so grateful that what ever is going on, your mama lioness is protecting our cub.

Okay off to wail into my pillow.

I love you. I'm so glad for this news. :).....

  6. Just an update:

Now that our bambino is okay, I was able to keep my house from becoming a total shambles by starting the laundry, scrubbing the kitchen appliances, dusting the big computer, which grows a five o'clock shadow every ten minutes, filthy motherfucking bastard. (Can I get an amen?) I also shook out the bath mats and swept the floors, emptied waste baskets, measured my pile of clothes waiting to be hung and submitted its summit to The Guinness Book of World Records.

I need to dust with something damp while Karinda's not looking, and figure out why everyone thinks piling books up everywhere makes me less crazy than if it were rocks. I'm glad you're literate, but pick up your shit, god. Right?

Lastly, if I can get the dual vanity looking sharp, maybe it can date itself. OMG what the hell? I've had no sleep, but totally worth it for the baby!

Come on Come on, I don't want my baby born into a filthy world, get crackin'!

  9. Okay, so today I:
-worked from 11:45 until 8pm because of a nasty morning migraine
-did dishes and laundry (last load of clothes just came in from the clothesline)
-straightened up the living room, dining room, and kitchen
-made 4 batches of zucchini bread
    -halfway cleaned out my refrigerator
-took out all of the trash and recycling in time for it to get picked up this morning (even with the marvelous migraine)
-obvious thing I have been dreading: figuring out finances
-less obvious thing I've been dreading: moved things around a little bit so the empty room isn't quite so empty
